  • PlannedMay 28, 2025 at 10:00 PMUTC

As part of our monthly infrastructure upgrades, we have scheduled a planned maintenance window to enhance data durability and fault tolerance. During this timeframe, you may observe brief delays or retries in message delivery; no data loss is expected.

    What to expect:

    • Occasional short pauses in message dispatch, with automatic retry attempts

    • Continuous real-time monitoring by our operations team

    • Detailed logging to capture any transient anomalies

    • A confirmation notification once all upgrades are complete

This maintenance is essential to our ongoing efforts to bolster service resilience and maintain reliability for all customers.

    Thank you.
